Hello I’m Tamara

Tamara Soto is a canadian-bolivian contemporary artist. Her work engages with the immediate response of the line, shape and color. Primarily an oil painter, her practice extended to mixed media and drawing. Her work explores abstraction in nature as a mystical space rather than a real place. Her new work, channels her energy looking inwards founding a new vocabulary to express her ancestral journey. Creating botanical compositions and abstract figures. Nature is the main inspirations in her work, that provides her a joyful feeling to be present.
